Beautiful Barossa Produce.
Peter Lehmann was my 1st wine I had in my life since 1996. The 1st impression of red wines have since embodied in my soul. This particular wine gives a superb experience and beautifully rich Cabernet.
It is an excellent companion with beef steaks, and good cheeses.

Sharp and a spot of bitterness.
I think this wine is one of the top wines in Victoria, Australia. It is combining the great Cabernet Souvignon (76%), Shiraz (19%), and Merlot (5%). The sharpness taste of the Cabernet Souvignon gives the excellent balance. The Shiraz gives the right amount of acidity, and while the Merlot gives the right spot of bitterness.
It should go perfect with red meats, and BBQ.

Sweet red wine just got better and better.
My wife is actually the big fan of sweet wines. I am just a casual bloke who drinks a sweet wine for a special occasion. Let me tell you something about this wine. It is a candy jar in liquid. It tastes sweet and refreshingly fruity. You must serve it chilled. It goes perfect with your dessert or with your fresh fruits.
You normally expect to pay between AU$12 and AU$14 for this wine, but let me tell you the ultimate secret. You can buy this wine cleaned skin for around AU$8 and you get the exactly same taste and flavour. Don’t let it hits hard on your pocket!

Sparkling wine that could jump out of the glass.
I was being invited for my friend’s 30th Birthday this year. Turning 30 for a guy is really something, right?! Anyway, one of my friends brought a specially ordered sparking wine called Cienna Rosso. To be honest, I am not a big fan of sparkling wines, because it’s like drinking a soft-drink mixed with liquors. However, I must admit that this particular sparkling wine has rich taste and fruity flavour. You can immediately spot the taste of sweet strawberry, and cherry. It’s like spring or summer in your mouth. At the time, you could only order the wine online for AU$99 a case. I am not so sure if the wine is now available to any liquor stores around Australia. It goes perfect with your dessert. I like it with my double cream cheese-cake.

Low price wine with decent taste.
You may find this wine storms the liquor stores around Australia. This particular wine has an extraordinary price (normally under AU$10). It gives you fine, rich, and generous fruit as well as elegant structure and balance. The first impression I had with this wine when I was having a Japanese dinner with my wife and friends. One of them brought the wine in as to enlighten the dinner occasion. I normally a bit biased about cheap wines until I tasted this wine. It went perfect with my sashimi.
Great value & taste for an extraordinary cheap price of Shiraz.

Affordable wine from Penfolds.
Everybody knows Penfolds sells great quality and expensive wines, ranging from $20 to hundred of dollars. This particular Shiraz Cabernet is very affordable (below 15 AUD) and it tastes good too. This is one of my favorite wine lists. The acidity of the wine is perfect. It should go well with red meats.
Great value for a good quality of Shiraz Cabernet.

This particular wine provides an intense fruit and generously flavored Shiraz.
I had this wine on Oct 2010, which was 3 years of its maturity. It was about the perfect time to enjoy this enjoyable drink. It was also adding a great taste to my bolognese sauce.
Great value for a good quality of Shiraz.
