Project/Role: Technical Delivery Manager

MyCricket has been developed as a hub for Australian Local Cricket. A community developed around the database of results of Local Cricket competitions, it is the intention of the site to provide tools to allow community cricket to manage their players, operations, competitions, statistics and their own website.

My involvement in the project was to manage the project development life cycle for the implementation of MyCricket website redesign project.
